We ship all orders by UPS. We ship orders out Monday to Friday with UPS ground service (except for holidays). We can quote Next Day air, 2nd Day air, or 3 Day delivery upon request. We follow the UPS restrictions and guidelines. (Certain delivery services may not be available to certain areas of the world). We can also quote and ship via Freight truck upon request.

For our standard packaging, we use cardboard, shrink wrap, clear tape and fibre tape where necessary. Our UPS daily pick-up is at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed early in the day, usually get shipped that day. If your package doesn’t go out the day it was ordered and paid for, then we will do everything possible to get it shipped out the next business day.

When we create your UPS label, we input your email address so that you will receive an email notification from UPS QUANTUM VIEW with your tracking numbers. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will need to be notified immediately. A claim will be submitted to UPS and we will replace the item(s) if possible. If we cannot replace the item(s), we will send a refund for those item(s). Sorry, we do not offer refunds for late deliveries.

Titanium Joe jewelry items have a pre-paid return UPS label, which you can use if your ring is the wrong size, or you are otherwise disappointed in what you have purchased. Please re-package, in the original box, call UPS, and return your purchase to us for credit or exchange. It is helpful if you include a note to explain why you are making a return. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of your credit. There is no credit for the return of used items.
